This super hydrating and tropical-tasting smoothie reminds us of an island getaway, and is packed full of skin-loving nutrients!
It's rich in antioxidants, including vitamin C from the pineapple, vitamin A from the mango, and vitamin E from the almonds, which all help prevent against free-radical damage, which can otherwise lead to skin ageing well before our time. It's also a good source of healthy whole food fats from the chia seeds and coconut, to help moisturise the skin from the inside out. All fabulous ingredients to get your skin glow on with!
Ingredients:
1 cup of chopped pineapple
1/2 cup of chopped mango
1 tbsp of raw almonds
1 tbsp of shredded coconut
1 tsp of chia seeds
Juice of one lime
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of ice
Method:
Add everything into a food processor, and blitz until smooth. Enjoy!
